Smells coming from kitchen sink. The engineer was helpful, professional and friendly. He checked pipes under sink and although the problem was not due to any blockage he explained how smells could be coming through plughole. I would definitely use EHV again.

I thought that £102 was very expensive for less than a 5 minute inspection of flue grille but I expect it was the standard call out fee. Pleasant engineer.

EHV recently installed a new shower room and guest toilet for us. The work was completed to the highest standard and first class service. We were kept informed daily what was next to be done. The work was carried out by all very competent workers who were polite and considerate and a pleasure to have in our house.

Another routine visit from EHV after a year of trouble free heating. A shower thermostatic valve needed replacing and the Megaflow tank system and Worcester boiler needed servicing. All carried out professionally despite difficulty removing the old limescaled shower thermostat. The heating and showers now work perfectly
