Such a refreshing change to have a professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly engineer who explained things in an easy to understand way without lots of technical jargon, gave recommendations, and most importantly fixed the faulty Megaflo in an efficient way. We now have hot water for the first time in weeks!! Proactive communication throughtout and great punctuality. Thank you EHV Services. Highly recommend!

Good service nad repair done by James

Completed replacement downstairs toilet with not like with like but replacing standard toilet with boxed in unit including tiling back and shelf section. Also included replacing radiator, cartridge for bath tap and new kitchen tap. It is accepted that parts of job were probably testing particularly the bath cartridge. Staff were at all times polite, professional and competent. Overall very pleased with end result. Tiling was excellent and quick. Very small things which were a little frustrating – Power not switched back on for shower pump and bath pump so no water coming through (sorted myself), a leak took three times to resolve on drain for radiator – had to come back, loft hatch (removable) not put back after access to loft and a creaking soft close toilet seat not mentioned (had to get a replacement) – they may not have noticed but should they have? SUGGESTION – owner of business should rather than send on-line feedback request just give customers a call or come to inspect work – otherwise how can he judge how well or badly a job is done? Very good PR also.

James came to service my Megaflo Hot water system. He is a plumbing genius! In an hour he reset the thermostat, fixed a leak and corrected the pressure in the central heating system. He also identified several maintenance issues to be dealt with at a later date. No wonder EHV is busy! I cannot recommend them enough. James was a personable young man as well. Easy to talk with and knowledgeable. Looking forward to the next visit!

My plumbing engineering James was excellent. Came on time and prepared. He was booked for an immersion heater maintenance but had also to make a repair and he was straight into it with no problems. He gave me the instructions on how to operate the boiler properly to cut energy costs. Also left the place very clean and tidy after his job was finished. I highly recommend their services.

Denny and Marley were very efficient and extremely amiable guys. They sorted out my thermostat problem professionally and were very friendly and pleasant in their approach. They arrived on time, and knew exactly what they were doing. I was very pleased with the service provided by your company, and will certainly call you again should I have any further maintenance issues in my home.

I have my boiler serviced every year with no issues. This year EHV service my boiler and state it’s positioning is wrong and so issue me with a warning. Every year nothing has been wrong with the position but when they come, they want it moved and ultimately want me to pay for a new boiler. In this economic climate I think they just to make money. Even how it was communicated was wrong. I would not recommend them!

Two young men appeared on my doorstep to carry out my annual service. They were obviously happy in their work as there was much talking and laughter.

Very polite engineer and helpful. Unfortunately he arrived late for a morning appointment.

He made a note that the pump is making a noise.
